Les Perles de la Gare, a sophisticated contemporary complex designed by architect Karl Fischer (www.kfarchitect.com) includes three, 6 storey buildings all interconnected underground in one large indoor parking garage. Phase 1 has 58 condos, phase 2 has 50 condos and Phase 3 will have 48 units in a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units each with a private balcony. The units range from 717 S.F to 1609 S.F (not including the balcony) in 12 different models. Each building has 2 elevators.

As part of the life style of the project there is an amenity building, which includes a beautiful indoor pool where you can swim all year round. The building also includes a modern gym, a changing room, a party/play room, and the rooftop of the amenity building is fully landscaped as an outdoors garden. The project encompasses 50,000 S.F of courtyard including pave-uni walkways, grass, trees, plants and a gazebo. It is all adjacent to the city bike path. Location, location, location…. The project is located in the heart of the new development of Vaudreuil, 200 meters from the AMT commuter train station, close access to the highway and the new sports center and less than 3 minutes walking from all the shopping you can handle. The province has also just announced a new hospital to be built within a 5-minute drive, and most recently the CSSS Medical Centre has opened across the street. Using proprietary techniques and methods of construction the project has a superior quality building at an affordable cost. Our finishings exceed the industry standards and include: large thermo windows, hardwood vanities with marble or quartz. It includes quality plumbing accessories, glass shower doors and one piece elongated toilets. All light fixtures are supplied and installed. Indoor parking and lockers are also included. As part of our environmentally friendly efforts, there is a central hot water gas heated system, a garbage compactor with a chute from each floor, dual flush water-saving toilets and bike racks.
