Ariel Yudelevich – A civil engineer since 1992 has worked on his own construction projects internationally. Since arriving in Montreal, and as the owner of Altano Construction, has been constructing commercial buildings, performing major renovations on both office buildings and retail establishments and erecting multi-million dollar homes.

A member of l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, Joe Levine has many years of experience to his credit in development and construction. He has built multi-family condominiums, single family homes, semi-detached homes and townhouses in the greater Montreal area since 1979. For years, Joe Levine has had the reputation of an innovative builder, one who creates prime concepts.

Among some of his projects are: Parkside 21, Shalom Tower Condominiums,

Cambridge Court, Chelsea Court and Knightsbridge in Côte-Saint-Luc; Val des Brises

and le Manoir St-Martin in Laval; Terrasse Piaget in Lasalle; Place Stewart, Gadnor Centre,

Tiffany Gardens and Place Simon in Saint-Laurent; and most notably,

Terrasse Trafalgar in downtown Montreal, which won the 1983 Canadian Housing Design Council Award for Best Townhouse in Canada and the prestigious Governor General’s  Award in 1984.

Amos Sochaczevski – A Developer with a sterling reputation. Through one of Mr. Sochaczevski’s other companies he is responsible for the transformation going on in Vaudreuil, a new masterplan for 10 million square feet including bringing the First Pro – Walmart development to the site.

Amos’s expertise is in providing value. First  in building an international toy company, and today in real estate, golf course development, hotels, restaurants .whatever he gets involved in provides users with extra-ordinary value. He won’t be involved, unless the project provides extra-ordinary value. Les Perles sur le Parc certainly does!
